As a Real Estate Consultant for Montgomery and Harris counties, I utilize my 20+ years of Financial and 7+ years of Real Estate experience to provide expert Real Estate services to my clients that exceeds their expectations. I truly love my real estate career! I offer a full array of residential real estate services; Selling, buying, investing, relocation, property management and rental properties. 


I stay familiar with current trends and technical aspects of buying and selling in today's demanding market. After all, I am a member of e-PRO which is 1% of all Realtors in the United States with an e-PRO Certification! Julie Lehrer is a privileged member of the Texas Association of REALTORS, National Association of REALTORS, Woman's Council of Realtors, Montgomery Chapter and the Houston Association of REALTORS. These relationships guarantee buyers immediate access to hundreds of the newest properties on the market each day while also enabling sellers exposure to a huge network of buyers from other firms across the country.

 

I am well versed in all aspects of residential real estate. I provide expert real estate services to a wide array of clientele. From first time home buyers, move-up buyers, home sellers, relocation, investors, renters and retierment properties, I can guide you through the entire process.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional - integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

That said, in my experience as a real estate expert, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. Also, my goal is to educate my Clients so they can make the best decision for themselves to meet their real estate needs and goals.

In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
